We do everything we can to leave you feeling delighted with your experience with us. Everything below is a legal guideline but we can often be more flexible, we have a strong desire to leave you thrilled and delighted and work on the basis of achieving this.

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then please contact us before placing an order with us.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK court. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

A Contract between the customer and Bespoke Fine Furniture & Interiors for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods to be dispatched). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. – please refer to our returns policy. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery times and charges.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days (30 days extended during Covid) of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at your option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and with the original packaging.

  •  All unwanted goods must be returned at the customers cost. Items can be sent back by the post office by using Royal Mail or Parcel Force or by a courier company. Please ensure you ask for proof of posting from the post office as proof you have sent the package. Alternatively we can arrange collection at the cost of £18.50
  • Please complete the return form and send it back with the product or via email.

The return form includes following information:

  •  Name on invoice
  • Order reference
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Contact number
  • Date of purchase
  • Date received the goods
  • Number of items wanting to return
  • Item code, item name and quantity
  • Reason for returning the goods
  • Are the goods unfitted, unused, in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition?

You will be sent the confirmation email that the form has been received.

  •  After you are given the authorization from the sales team to return the product it needs to be sent back to us in the condition it was delivered - all items must be parcelled in an outer box and well packaged with additional packaging to reduce risk of damage upon return. If product is returned in the item box only it will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.The address of which all returns are to be sent is: Bespoke Fine Furniture & Interiors, 2 Blacksmiths, Andover SP11 6REProviding the product is unfitted, unused, returned in original product item box with no damages or defacing of the product item box including stickers and writing and all parts of the product are received in the condition that you received them, we will offer an exchange or refund within 30 days via the payment method you purchased the items with. If you require an exchange outbound delivery, charges may apply. The product which is not in the product item box can not be refunded but only exchanged for another product.
  •  A receipt or proof of purchase is needed for all returns and refunds – please put it into the box while returning the product

Products with defects or missing parts

Please inspect the product when received. In case of any damage or defect please contact us on: info@bespokefinefurniture.co.uk

  •  Please provide a basic inspection of the goods as soon as possible after delivery and report the defects or damages in writing by completing the online defects report form or via email.
  • If the product is incomplete Bespoke Fine Furniture & Interiors can send you a spare part, replace the product, offer a refund or an exchange.
  • If the defect is discovered upon checking the product after delivery please do not fit it.
  • Most products have a manufacturing guarantee of 1 year. Please note the finish of outdoor lights is guaranteed for one year except within five miles of the coastline.
  • Products with manufacturing defects sent back within 6 months from the date of purchase will get a shipping cost refund upon a receipt.
  • If goods are delivered to another address after the delivery address we shall not be held responsible for any breakages, defects or claims that either arise or can be reasonably assured to have risen during onward transit.
  • Please complete the defects report form and send it back with the product or via email. The return form includes following information:

You will be sent the confirmation email that the form has been received.

If you are advised to return the product for inspection and testing please send it back in the product box and in the outer box with additional packaging to prevent further damage. We cannot be held responsible for additional damage on return if product is not properly packed. Products with manufacturing defects sent back within 6 months of purchase can be refunded including posting however we will need a proof of posting receipt. The product should be sent to: Bespoke Fine Furniture & Interiors, 2 Blacksmiths, Andover SP11 6RE.

A receipt or proof of purchase is needed for all returns and refunds – please put it into the box while returning the product.

We will inspect and test the product when received. If the defect is not visible or we can not state how the defect occurred the product will be returned to the manufacturer for further inspection and testing. Providing the inspection and testing confirms the product defect occurred during manufacturing we will offer an replacement, exchange or a refund. If inspection and testing proves the defect

occurred for any other reason other than a manufacturing the product will be returned to you and outbound postage charges will apply.

The inspection and testing will be completed within 30 days from the day the product is delivered to us. The refund will follow within 14 days via payment method you purchased the goods with.

Please note the products with defects will not be accepted back for a refund or an exchange until authorization has been given from our sales team.

Please note we do not cover electrician costs for faulty or unsuitable items.

Returns ordered on bulk trade quotations are subject to a 25% restocking charge.

PAYMENT AND TAXES

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU

We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket.

The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

Please note

  •  the finish of outdoor lights is guaranteed for one year except within five miles of the coastline.
  • all fittings that are 1-10v dimming require addition 2 core switch wiring, please seek advice from an electrician
  • we do not cover electrician costs for faulty, unsuitable items or items that are due to be delivered please ensure you book electrician once you have had your dispatch notification or goods received.
  • majority of light fittings will require some assembly and we recommend installation by a qualified electrician.

CONFORMITY OF PRODUCTS

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Bespoke Fine Furniture &Interiors nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of Bespoke Fine Furniture &Interiors or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.

Your Rights

If, for any reason, you are unsure about the personal and account information we are holding in your name, please contact our customer service team . They will happily review your file and update the records if required whether this is simply updating incorrect or out-of-date information or opting out of communications. Right of Access – in accordance with Article 15 GDPR, you are entitled to obtain information, free of charge, about your saved data, where applicable, has a right to the correction, blocking, deleting of data (Article 5 (1 d), e) Article 12 and 17-19 GDPR). On Request BFF&I shall inform the user in line with Valid Law in Writing of the User’s personal data (after appropriate security check to prove identity) we have saved. To request information that we may hold on you please email info@bespokefinefurniture.co.uk with the subject line “Right of Access Request”. We will have one month (unless complex this can then be extended for 2 months) to respond to your request and will provide it in a common electronic format (CSV)

Right to lodge a complaint – In accordance to Article 77 GDPR. You have the right to complain to a supervisory body if you feel your data is being misused. Contact the ICO (Information Commissioners Office) for more information. We would hope that you would discuss with us any concerns so that we could look to rectify before it gets this far.

Right to Data Portability – In accordance to article 20 GDPR. You have the right to receive the personal data concerning yourself which you have provided to BFF&I as the data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided.

Right to be Forgotten – In accordance with Article 17 GDPR, You have a right for your data to be forgotten and erased (anonymised personal data) from our systems. if you would like this to happen please email info@bespokefinefurniture.co.uk with the Subject Line “Right to be Forgotten Request”. We will need to confirm your identity before doing this and we will be extremely sorry to see you go.

Please note that the data cleansing process is total and we will have no records of your previous interaction. This is specific interest to rules following the Right to be Forgotten, which in turn may mean that we can legally acquire your data from opted in sources at a later date with no knowledge that you were once previous customer.

Please note, as advised by the ICO an Audit log comprising of just a name, plus the date the request came in, is kept for any access requests. A name on its own is not classed as personal identifiable information.

Legal Basis For BFF&I Processing Customer Data

BFF&I collects and uses customers’ personal data because it is necessary for the purposes of complying with our duties and exercising our rights under a contract for the sale of goods to a customer; or complying with our legal obligations. Data Retention Policy

our account (including order history, communications and correspondence records) is kept while you are still an active customer. If you have not bought within 6 years all data will be safely destroyed. We hold very little paper records but any relevant materials will be shredded. Electronic data sets will be deleted or anonymised from master sources and backups. An automated process to identify, alert and process these deletions is in place.
